All HillCrest Events are subject to the below Terms & Conditions, which are outlined on all booking forms.
A non-refundable deposit is required per booking, with the balance payable a month in advance of the event. Post dated cheques are acceptable for the balance payment. If the balance payment is not received in time your space will be allocated to someone on the cancellation list without notification.
Cheques made payable to Kelly Sheldon, 12 Temple Gardens, Rushden, Northants, NN10 0GN. Bank transfer acceptable, please contact us for details.
Confirmation of Bookings
Bookings will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. A booking is not confirmed until the signed booking form, copy of insurance and deposit is paid. A confirmation email/letter will be sent with your receipt. HillCrest Events reserves the right to refuse stallholders at any time to any event.
The hours stated on the booking form are the hours your stand is expected to be set up and operational, should you arrive late or leave early you will be asked to leave and not be considered for future events. We have a responsibility to look professional at all times and this does not support the other crafters.
If you are booking more than one day your stands can be left up, but would need to be covered and are left at your own risk.
More details will be sent to you nearer the time to confirm unloading details and set up times.
We expect all stands to be professional in their setup, this includes full length table coverings and no hand written signage (market style). This is particularly important for events taking place at Weston Favell Shopping Centre, Northampton. Should any stalls not be displayed in the expected fashion, they will be asked to leave and this is done at HillCrest Events' discretion.
HillCrest Events reserve the right to cancel any booking at their discretion and the right to remove any exhibitor from an event should they choose not to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.
Public liability insurance is necessary for our events, please send a copy with your booking form. If we have not received a copy of this, your booking is not confirmed and we will allocate your space to another trader!
In the event of a cancellation under any circumstances
then the trading fee paid will be forfeited.
